Brand Postmortem

fingerprint
Brand is not a Logo, Corporate Identity, Advertising, Marketing.
Brand is Confidence, Passion, Belonging, Action, Security, A set of unique values
.

The world has changed. The world of work is no longer something that has to do with loyalty and conformity. Your company knows you are not going to be there forever but while you are there, they want you to be the absolute best you can be. Being the best you can be means you need to know what makes you exceptional, you need to know what makes you stand out.

Brand Loyalty
Brand is more than a unique promise of value.
Brand Promise
Take a look at the world’s strongest brands if I would say to you VOLVO, what words come to mind- SAFETY, because VOLVO make safe cars. If every time a Volvo were in a car accident, it exploded, we probably wouldn’t think safety when we saw VOLVO. I would like to take away from that the fact that branding affected branding is based in authenticity.

Build your brand in a way that’s authentic to you.
Brand Authenticity
It’s not about creating an image for the outside world. It’s really about what’s real, genuine and authentic. When people would being there a true authentic sales, they are the most confident, they are the most comfortable and that translate into compatible values.

It’s been really interesting to be in a New York that American get the personal branding process such a dynamic environment in New York, so many incredible companies headquarter here . You can take the opportunity talked to lots of people about what’s happening to their corporate brand and how the employees can deliver value for them.

To be outstanding, you need to standout.
Be Different
Your brand is based in who you really are. Your best self in going to the extract phase of the personal branding process you will learn about whom you are, what’s important to you, what your value is, what makes you exceptional, and how you can use that to be more successful.

If you don’t show up in Google, you don’t exist.
Buy your domain name like buying property. You want to hold the property even if you are not ready to build the house, buy the property now so that nobody else can have it. And if you have kids, buy their domain names. If you going to have kids, don’t name them until you can have their name.
