Facebook Virus, Remove it.

You can be infected by the Facebook virus in various ways like –

01. Sometimes one of your friends whose account is infected by virus already- Even he  may not be awared about this attack-will put some harmful post into your Facebook wall. When you will click on those……then…..you will doom.

02.  If you download some malicious Facebook applications then you will be easily attacked by the hackers.

03.You can receive a dangerous link from someone you don’t know about. For this reason, do not add friends whom you do not know.
 

If you are infected by Facebook virus then you will have to do two things:

First, change your Facebook password and make it stronger.

Second,  you will need the Facebook virus fix. How to get rid of this situation? Just follow these manual steps:

1. Stop or terminate these processes: fbtre6.exe and  mstre6.exe

2. Delete the following registry values:

        HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Run\”systray” = “c:\windows\mstre6.exe”
        HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Run\”systray” = “C:\Windows\fbtre6.exe”
        HKEY_CURRENT_USER\AppEvents\Schemes\Apps\Explorer\Navigating

3. After deleting the registry values, delete these files completely:

       C:\Windows\fbtre6.exe
       C:\Windows\fmark2.dat
